In 2007 Digital Asset Research & Media Management LLC (Digital ARMM) was co-founded by Tiffany Hardin and James Nichols, who identified a void in the music business towards analyzing a brands’ (artist/group) effectiveness in the digital landscape. Realizing that there was an untapped niche market which was not optimizing its full potential within the plethora of digital media outlets for artists, Tiffany and James partnered to design and develop a boutique consultancy firm to help their clients apply quantitative data towards building a better business brand.
